"Fondant au chocolat" : my recipe for a French chocolate cake

List of ingredients:
- 300 g of dark chocolate
- 150 g of butter
- 10 table spoons of sugar (or 150 g)
- 3 table spoons of flour
- 4 eggs

List of cookwares:
- a big wooden spoon
- a glass
- a saucepan
- a big melting pot
- a bowl
- a table spoon
- a muffin pan (5 cm high, 25 cm in diameter)

First step, use the big wooden spoon to melt the dark chocolate with a glass of water in the saucepan which is put on a hob. Don't make it boil, just warm the chocolate to make it melt !

When you manage, stop using the hob and mix the liquid chocolate in the big melting pot.

Then, put the butter in a bowl and warm it using a MW for about a minute. Add the butter to the melting pot and mix it.

Preheat the oven : 180°C.

Put an egg after another in the melting pot and mix it each time you put an egg for about ten seconds.

Put the sugar and the flour in the melting pot and go on mixing it to get an homogeneous pastry.

Pour the pastry in the muffing pan. Finally, put it in the lower space of the oven for about 30 minutes. The cake should not be dried out, do not be afraid if its consistency looks a bit a jelly's one.

Let the "fondant au chocolat" cool down. "Bon appétit bien sûr !"
